Ban Appeals Procedures

In order to Fill out a proper valid ban appeal, you need to do so by filling out the form. Title your Subject as <Your Username - Banning Admin>

When starting a new topic, you will see a 'Form Mode' button right above the text box.

Clicking on it will lead you to the form, fill out the form. If your ban is for some reason strange enough to not be on the form, feel free to copy the form and fill it out manually.
