In all fairness he was cuffed AFTER he lured me in by smashing windows and letting me step into his planted bear trap. He was by no means a defenseless or innocent man up until i beat his ass, the only reason the AI had a feakout was because i burned him instead of just shooting him on the spot which would have been perfectly fine with everyone. But if this is your final judgment then i will accept it and appeal again later.
