2-3 years,I started my introduction to SS13 with the cev-eris build

Why not? I just want to help the guys who need help and the admin role can help me with this.

I don't think you're fit for administrative work. I think you're doing good work as a developer and others can agree with me but adminning isn't for you, at least not on Eris. Sorry.

In my opinion much better as a junior developer and a potential staff dev under the guidance of Kirov. Not a good admin material though.
