Chaotic Onyx - Event Maker. Shitspawned a bit, tried to do something cool, but it didn't work.
Ru Civ13 - Moderator. Nothing interesting.
Why do you want to be an admin?:
I would like to play on a russian server, and since moderators are needed there, I don't mind becoming one.
