Why you think you should be unbanned: I won't do it again and i'm a fine player otherwise. Also a fair bit has passed since.

Extra notes: I'm not getting a vouch from anywhere on the account that i'm currently working 14 hour shifts so i don't have as much time for spessmen as i previously had. I'd appreciate the access to the game on weekends for much the same reason.

Your past record shows quite the opposite of being "fine player", neither our opinion nor demands (get a vouch) of you since the last ban appeal (6 months ago) changed.

If it were your first appeal or if the ban was applied for your first mess up, sure, I would let it slide and unban you without a vouch. However you've both been banned before and was told multiple time to cut with your shit before you were permabanned.

If you really don't have time you can play on other servers that launch only during the weekend, such as shiptest. Admins are usually more likely to vouch for people (even with short playtime) if they're active and positive in the community.
