On a more serious node i've noticed that during the (ungodly) times i play (3am) there aren't many other admins active and since my schedule is so open i feel like dedicating some time to admin during these times would mean that issues can be resolved in round instead of after

I won't lie, our pop is kinda too tiny to justify needing to expand the team much, imo, but we also have relatively few active staff.
Sniperos is a player I've seen quite a bit of, and I know that, if nothing else, they can adhere to policy rather well.
They built an entire character around adhering so closely to policy it has literally caused people to IC suicide to get away from the consequences.
