The reason is: Metagaming and Murder. Executed a Player who did no crimes at point of arrest for being acquaintances with a contractor. reason given was that he had 3 x cells that are obtainable (but not exclusive to) from uplink. most recent 3 notes are for bad Ironhammer behaviour

Your version of events:

IH is called to the bridge by the captain , gets told we can't get in and he makes a run for the doors. a IH operative and a Inspector make it inside the bridge with the cap opening the door for them , it closing on me.After a intense gunfight(during which i was stuck in a staircase for its entire duration) i can hear a few doors open in IH lobby then the , captain and the inspector+operative come back to the command stairs and let me out , where , to the south of it , are John Bell(the person who stole the AA and Spice(His assumed complice). I ask spice to hand over his bag for a search , since at this moment i did not know if he was the one that had the AA or if John had it. Spice refuses to comply , asking for a warrant , after being told to comply twice(whilst John bell was loading a full-auto shotgun in the background) i start grabbing him , and they both start resisting. I manage to KO Spice and cuff him , but i get pain KO'ed whilst fighting John. The captain dies in the meanwhile due to bleeding , and John gets away. After i wake up from the KO , i announce that John is a contractor and that hes hostile.
I go to medbay to remove all shrap , and after 5-10 minutes i come back to IH , where i find out Spice was left in a locked scientist locker alone. I start searching him and notice he has 3 1500X cells in pristine condition. Inspector says to execute him on comms, and with the evidence of him either being a contractor/inquisitor or a accomplice to John's bell , i drag him to IH disposals where i executed him and spaced his body.

Why you think you should be unbanned:

I was within my full right to execute a vagabond assisting a contractor, and which fired lethals upon IH personnel.Especially when me and the inspector had more than enough evidence to prove a clear tie(ontop of them being togheter infront of the FO office hacking in) and especially when the inspector said to execute him too.

after my review of the logs i honestly think the inspector is much more worthy of the sec permaban than SPCR. my suggestion is to downgrade it to like a 2 week or 1 month secban for SPCR and give the same ban to the inspector, month or 2 weeks

During the bridge fight , a bojevic was fired, along with a laser gun , which i heard from the stair deck , followed with some kind of doors opening from the south.
This is where i assume John Bell(which had AA) and Spice were working togheter , they walked out of command hallway through the command SMES right outside the FO office. Hence i start ordering spice to hand over his bag , trying to confirm maybe he was not working with him. As expected he refused and John bell starts blasting IH as soon as we start roughing him up.
They were not standing in IH lobby , they were south of command stairs or more specifically , north of the FO office on the little hallway.

Also i believe with the evidence provided, it is quite clear Spice and John Bell were working togheter and that i had more than enough reason to execute Spice(Unless you consider full enforcement of the agreement by the letter in all situations without regard for job and background by IH as something that must be enforced OOCly by admins)
I also do not see why IC lying of the contractor status was included as logs since i dont believe it is relevant to the ban. It is a common tactic to avoid giving anyone any excuse to raid IH
